We are looking for a proactive and organized Secretary / Executive Assistant to support daily operations, manage documentation, and act as a key coordination point between internal teams and clients.
Role & Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day clerical and administrative tasks
- Manage company documentation including agreements, invoices, records, and compliance files
- Assist senior management with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and follow-ups
- Coordinate internal communication between teams and ensure timely task execution
