Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Secretary/Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day administrative and bookkeeping tasks for our construction/roofing operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with AccuLynx software; however, candidates with strong skills in general construction management software or roofing industry software will also be considered. This role involves answering phones, entering work orders, processing invoices, researching permits and licenses, and providing overall office support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming phone calls, take accurate messages, and provide customer support
  • Enter work orders, project details, and job updates into AccuLynx (or other construction/roofing software)
  • Prepare and process invoices, and assist with accounts payable and receivable entries
