Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, employees, and external stakeholders.Oversee office administrative functions to ensure efficiency.Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.Assist in drafting and reviewing correspondence, policies, and internal communications.Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
