Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Screen and prioritize emails, phone calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as requested.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups.
  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee office administrative functions to ensure efficiency.
  • Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing correspondence, policies, and internal communications.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
