Job Summary: A secretarial position responsible for providing administrative support, clerical assistance, inventory control, reception duties and other duties as assigned by the principal (or designate) in the operation of high school. 

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate/diploma from a recognized training program
  • Commitment to ideals and principles of Catholic education
  • A minimum of one year related experience
  • Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Edsby Software
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with others
  • Good organizational skills
