Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary / Personal Assistant located in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include providing efficient personal and executive-level administrative support to management, managing calendars and appointments, handling confidential information, and coordinating meetings. The role also involves managing clerical tasks such as preparing documents, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication and operational support in the office environment.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance to support leadership efficiently
  • Excellent Communication and Diary Management skills to effectively manage scheduling and correspondence
  • Strong Clerical Skills to manage documentation, records, and administrative processes seamlessly
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in using MS Office and office management tools
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field is preferred
