Our client, a reputable organisation is in need of administrative support and currently seeking a Secretary to join their team. As a Secretary, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative and secretarial support to fee earners, ensuring efficient service delivery to clients.
Responsibilities:
1. Electronic and Paper Files and Record Keeping: You will be responsible for setting up, maintaining, closing, and archiving all client entities/matters both electronically and on paper, in alignment with the team and organisation's policies and procedures. It will be essential to keep both electronic and paper filing systems up to date.
2. Typing and Correspondence: You will undertake various typing tasks, including letters, emails, correspondence, and other administrative tasks using the Big Hand system. It will be crucial to despatch all correspondence promptly and file them appropriately under client matters...
