We are looking for a reliable and well-organized Secretary / Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Chief Project Officer. The role involves calendar management, meeting coordination, site visit arrangements, reporting support, and day-to-day administrative duties to ensure smooth project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule, coordinate, and manage appointments and meetings for the Chief Project Officer
- Maintain calendars and issue timely meeting reminders
- Coordinate monthly site walks to various project sites, including logistics and scheduling
- Liaise with project teams to confirm site walk dates, locations, and attendees
- Attend meetings when required and accurately record minutes of meetings
