Company Background 

We are assisting our client an established steel manufacturer, leveraging advanced technology to support the construction and infrastructure sectors based in Petaling Jaya.

Responsibilities 

  • To provide general secretarial duties such as manage meeting schedules, reports, call screening, travel arrangements and any other administrative matters.
  • To coordinate and interact with HODs on internal and external operation issues to ensure smooth running of business.
  • To assist in performing office administration function including sourcing, purchasing, delivery arrangement, invoicing billings, letters issuance, emails and etc.
  • Assisting in organizing Company's special events or Company's activities and etc.
  • To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary at ad-hoc basis.
