Job Description

The Role:

You will be responsible for :

  • Performing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and acting as a Company Secretary for the company.
  • Managing operational aspects of shareholder's and directors' meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda , minutes and resolutions, and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records.
  • Compliance advisory to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
  • Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
  • Performing project-based work as assigned.

Ideal Profile:

  • You have at least 1 year experience within a Company Secretary or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
  • You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
  • You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
  • You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
