Job Description
The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Performing the full spectrum of corporate secretarial duties and acting as a Company Secretary for the company.
- Managing operational aspects of shareholder's and directors' meetings, including preparing the meeting agenda , minutes and resolutions, and updating and maintaining statutory and corporate records.
- Compliance advisory to ensure regulatory and statutory requirements are met.
- Receiving and screening incoming calls and emails and determining priorities.
- Performing project-based work as assigned.
Ideal Profile:
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Company Secretary or Executive Assistant / Virtual Assistant role, ideally within the Financial Services industry.
- You are organised and have good interpersonal skills.
- You can work with minimal supervision and multi-task effectively.
- You have good computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
