Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized Secretary / Assistant to provide direct support to the HR Manager. The main responsibilities include managing the HR Manager’s calendar, organizing meetings, following up on emails and tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative flow. This is an entry-level support role with a focus on coordination and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
•Manage and organize the HR Manager’s agenda and appointments.
• Schedule meetings, send reminders, and coordinate logistics.
• Monitor, organize, and follow up on emails and internal communications on behalf of the HR Manager.
• Prepare basic documents, reports, and notes as requested.
• Track and follow up on pending tasks or deadlines assigned to various teams.
• Maintain a simple filing system (digital and physical) for HR-related materials.
• Provide general administrative support to help the HR Manager stay organized and on schedule.
• Handle other routine office duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• BA in Human Resources-Fresh Graduate.
• Previous experience in an administrative or secretarial role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle confidential information
with discretion.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive
Candidates residing in Beirut (around Mkalles area) are preferred
