Section Head - Corporate Affairs & CSR

Job Summary

We are seeking a Section Head – Corporate Affairs, Regulations & CSR to lead the design, execution, and optimization of the organization's regulatory strategy, government engagement, and CSR governance. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring regulatory compliance, influencing policy outcomes, strengthening stakeholder relationships, and enhancing the company's corporate reputation across national and industry platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regulatory Monitoring & Compliance

• Track, analyse, and interpret evolving automotive regulations including CAFÉ, BS-VII, WLTP, BNCAP, EPR, QCOs, mandatory safety norms, EV standards, and taxation changes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Product Planning, Sales, Service, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to ensure timely regulatory compliance and readiness.
