Lead the Sourcing activities, New Supplier Identification & Part Development activities for the entire power train section including Transmission
Lead & Manage the Price finalization of Power Train, Development of Power Train Components, Vendor process/quality stabilization & sign off the parts for mass production.
Ensure the supplier capacity according to the production requirements
Cross Functional coordination for smooth operations
Lead & Manage the Team members for size upto 7.
Prepare the MIS report for management reporting.
Monitor & lead cost reduction activities & implement with cross functional coordination
Purchase order management, Localization activities.
Train & motivate the Team members.
