Responsibilities

• Supervises a cluster of teams of Credit Analysts to ensure that all borrowing accounts under the portfolio are appropriately reviewed, evaluated and risk-rated in a prompt and timely manner.
• Reviews Credit Proposals, Executive Summaries, Financial Analysis of new accounts, line, loan increases, and term loan exposures that has been reviewed by the Team head.
• Provides relevant inputs to credit proposals to achieve risk reward balance in the corporate loans portfolio.
• Coordinates with IBG Section Heads in anticipating any deterioration in the quality of an account or group of accounts within the portfolio in the light of business and market developments and ensure that the pertinent accounts are downgraded or upgraded in a timely manner.
