Responsibilities

  1. Work with HQ and Country representatives on the performance management, asset quality, liquidity management, strategies and finance to (i) conduct planning and on-going monitoring, (ii) identify areas for improvements; (iii) implement Group directives, and (iv) address matters and issues arising
  2. Keep abreast of (i) competitive landscape, (ii) develop business strategies including resource requirements, (iii) monitor business drivers, and (iv) address cross functional country matters and issues arising.
  3. Build relationship and trust with key stakeholders
  4. Administrative support for SBG (Finance, Performance Management, Strategy & Governance)
  5. Requires strong understanding of financial reports in the banking space and strong analytical skills
