Position Title: Section Head, Sports & Adventure

Reports To: Supervisor, Camp Programs

I. Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities

Working with the camp leadership team, the Section Head, Sports & Adventure will oversee and support various areas of camp with a specific focus on inclusive and adaptive sport opportunities and adventure-based activities and events. The primary role of the Section Head, Sports & Adventure will be to ensure the safe and engaging operation of their program area and ensure that staff are adequately trained to support program participants in the organized activities. The Section Head, Sports & Adventure will model expectations by facilitating programs alongside their team while having a role in staff training and development. Additionally, the Section Head, Sports & Adventure will also act as a liaison between staff team and the camp leadership team.
