Section Head, Waterfront

Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities


Working the with camp leadership team, the Section Head, Waterfront will oversee and support various areas of camp with a specific focus on water-based activities and pursuits. The primary role of the Section Head, Waterfront will be to ensure the safe operation of their program area and ensure that staff are adequately trained to support guests in the organized activities. The Section Head, Waterfront will model expectations by facilitating programs alongside their team while having a role in staff training and development. Additionally, the Section Head, Waterfront will also act as a liaison between staff team and the camp leadership team.
