Job Description
Purpose:
The Section Incharge - AFD Production is responsible for overseeing and managing the entire section’s operations within the AFD division, covering multiple shifts and production units such as mills, separators, and furnaces. This role ensures sustained productivity, adherence to quality and safety standards, effective manpower deployment, and resource optimization across the section. The position requires strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills to maintain seamless production flow, drive continuous improvement, and support organizational goals.
Section Management & Production Oversight:
Supervise and coordinate all shifts within the section to achieve production targets.
Monitor mill, separator, and furnace operations across shifts for efficiency and compliance.
Review consolidated section performance reports and analyze trends for improvement.
Manpower & Resource Coordination:
Plan manpower deployment across shifts and units to ensure balance...
