Job Description
Purpose:
The Manager – AFD (Mechanical Maintenance) is responsible for executing ongoing improvement projects, enhancing equipment reliability, and ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards. The role focuses on optimizing hydraulic and lubrication systems, reducing equipment downtime, improving spare part management, and driving infrastructure enhancements in alignment with production and quality objectives.
Ongoing Project Execution and Improvement Plan:
Improve the health and performance of hydraulic systems and existing lubrication oil properties.
Install and commission rolling oil filtration add-on systems in coordination with Production and Quality teams.
Execute value-added services aligned with plant infrastructure enhancement and operational betterment.
Select existing item codes, initiate requests for new item codes as per product specifications and manage PR to PO conversion.
