Overview
As a Section Manager, your role is to make sound, strategic decisions in collaboration with peers to optimize work processes within the competency development team, which includes Designers, Trainers, and Technicians. You are accountable for overseeing your team’s service offering of design and facilitation in implementing a competency development strategy that meets the evolving needs of the Claims Division, including Auto, Property, and Commercial claims handling. Success in this role requires strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and the ability to balance diverse stakeholder interests.
