Job Description

Our client is an Investment Manager for high-net-worth families, and they are looking to add to their team an Associate, Operations on a full time basis. This is a new role given the growth our established client has experienced.

Note, this role is 5 days per week in office for the first three months, then 50% WFH / in office

As the Associate Operations, you are responsible for:

  • Financial and Data Reconciliation
  • Cash Management
  • Statement Production & Client Service Support
  • Other ad hoc and coverage duties

To be considered for this role, our client is looking for someone with the following skills/qualifications:

  • 3+ years recent and relevant experience
  • Bachelor Degree with completion or enrollment in the CSC
  • Solid communication skills (written and verbal)
