**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking an experienced manager to handle check processing team. This role requires a blend of people leadership, process expertise, risk discipline, and a mindset for continuous improvement and innovation.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Manage a team of specialists in transactional responsible for leading end‑to‑end operational delivery for check processing activities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
+ Oversee day‑to‑day check processing operations, ensuring all items are processed accurately and within defined SLAs and regulatory timelines.
+ Monitor queue management, ageing, exceptions, and inventory to ensure smooth workflow.
