Job Description

Summary:
Intermediate role. The first line of support for access within the TP district. Perform the daily tasks associated with User accounts, to include granting or revoking application or service access. Responsible for responding to inquiries and providing information to our customers who call for information regarding employee onboarding, access requests, and termination processes. Evaluate situations and determine appropriate routing, response, and escalation of inquiries or problems. Make sure the customer receives a timely response. Follows documented procedures and checklists and offers suggestions on process improvements. Supports the IT Operations Project Admin and the IT Operations Analyst as needed.



Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience
