Job Description Job Description The Province of St. Joseph of the Capuchin Order is seeking Security Associates to support operations at St. Ben’s Community Center in Milwaukee. This is a short‐term, two‐month assignment ideal for individuals who are community‐focused, reliable, and committed to ensuring a safe and welcoming environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor and maintain safety within the facility and surrounding areas Greet community members, visitors, and staff while maintaining a calm, professional presence Support access control, including monitoring entry points Conduct regular security walkthroughs of the building Assist in de‐escalating conflicts or disturbances as needed Report incidents, safety concerns, or policy violations Collaborate with staff to promote a respectful and secure environment for all guests
