Security Branch Supervisor - Patrol

SIGNAL OF HOUSTON URGENTLY HIRING FOR BRANCH SUPERVISOR

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Security Supervisor to lead a team of approximately 10 security officers. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment for our client, Walmart, through effective leadership, vigilant oversight, and proactive communication with internal and external stakeholders. This is a hands-on leadership role that requires flexibility and the ability to step in and perform the duties of a security officer when necessary. Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage a crew of approximately 10 security officers. Foster a professional, alert, and cohesive team environment.

Operational Oversight: Ensure all security posts are adequately staffed and officers are performing their duties in compliance with company and client policies.
