Summary: As a Security Delivery Lead, you will be at the forefront of implementing and delivering Security Services projects. Your typical day will involve coordinating with various teams to ensure that security measures are effectively integrated into our service offerings. You will leverage our global delivery capabilities, utilizing established methods, tools, and training resources to enhance project outcomes. Engaging with stakeholders, you will oversee project progress, ensuring that security standards are met while fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and problem-solving. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of security initiatives across the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure alignment with security objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Cloud Security Architecture.
- Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance standards.
- Experience with risk assessment and management processes.
- Familiarity with cloud service providers and their security offerings.
- Ability to design and implement security solutions tailored to specific project needs. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Cloud Security Architecture.
- This position is based at our Chennai office.
