Deliver a consistent and high level of customer service by professionally supporting clients, site staff, and security personnel through dispatch operations. While working assigned shifts, monitor security systems, coordinate responses, and act as a central point of communication to deter crime and undesired activity and maintain a safe and welcoming environment. Accurately document and investigate routine incidents and coordinate timely, effective responses to emergencies.
