Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- Perform administrative and maintenance support for in-scope solutions and platforms such as Microsoft ADFS, Thales Safe Net, Thales Cipher Trust Transparent Encryption and Key Management, Certificate Life Cycle Management (Appview X)
- Engage with the community to explore opportunities and or alignment for in scope security solutions.
- Gather and document business requirements
- Work with various IT teams to develop and deliver IT solutions
- Respond to system problems by analyzing the issue and determining the next course of action
- Provide system training to end users
- Participate in and lead various IT projects as required

- Leadership and teamwork skills.
