Overview

We are hiring a Security Engineer in India to support global security engineering across endpoint security, network security, email security, SIEM/log intake, and security control operations. This role supports consistent security architecture, collaborates with infrastructure teams, and drives improvements in core security controls. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on implementation, tuning, and improving security technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain endpoint protection coverage and refine system-hardening configurations.
  • Support secure network controls and baseline enforcement.
  • Implement and maintain email security policies such as anti-phishing, brand protection, and secure email handling.
  • Provide security consultation to Technology and business teams on secure integrations, data transmission, and safe handling of sensitive information.
  • Assist in onboarding and maintaining SIEM log sources for improved detection capability.
  • Support incident investigation processes with engineering-level analysis.
  • Partner with IT, Desktop Support, Cloud, and SOC teams to ensure consistent control application.
  • Document processes, baselines, and operational guides.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in security engineering, endpoint security, network security, or IT security operations.
  • Experience supporting security tooling, policy updates, and control improvements.
  • Knowledge of security logging, monitoring, and detection principles.
  • Understanding of operating system security and baseline hardening.
  • Familiarity with security standards and frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, or NIST.
