- Cybersecurity tool stacks (SIEM, SOAR, TIP, etc.) and how each system interacts with peers.
- SaaS and cloud services and the underlying architecture supporting those services.
- Network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools
- Agile/Scrum or similar collaborative tools
- Technical issues and managing them within a fast-paced business environment
