Security Engineer - Zscaler & NGFW

Help AG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Security Engineer with strong expertise in the Zscaler Security Suite and Next Generation Firewalls (Palo Alto and FortiGate) to configure and manage the secure, scalable, and resilient enterprise security solutions. The role requires hands‑on engineering, troubleshooting, and architecture experience in large, complex environments, supporting both on‑prem and cloud‑based infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for managed security control clients, offering expert guidance and support.
• Design, deploy, and manage Zscaler Internet Access (ZIA) and Zscaler Private Access (ZPA) solutions.
• Implement Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) architecture using Zscaler.
• Implement, and maintain Palo Alto and Fortigate Firewalls with HA and Layer7 Security features including policies review and optimization.
