Now Hiring: Security Field Inspector (Overnight)

We’re seeking a dependable Security Field Inspector to support overnight operations and ensure guards are compliant, professional, and properly supported in the field.

Schedule: Thursday–Monday | 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM
Pay: Starting around $21/hr (limited flexibility, at owner’s discretion)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with post orders and company handbook
• Address and document client concerns while checking on assigned guards
• Fill in on posts when staffing issues arise
• Complete daily activity logs and incident reports accurately and on time

This role is ideal for someone comfortable working independently overnight, stepping in when needed, and maintaining high standards in the field.

Reliable transportation and prior security experience preferred.
