Security Field Operations - Team Leader / Operations Manager

At Specialist Protection Group, we are looking for an experienced Team Leader or Operations Manager to oversee the delivery of security operations to high-risk clients in Victoria. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in Close Protection (CP) and/or consulting and risk management, especially those with experience in the military, police, or intelligence agencies. The position combines hands-on field team support with client-facing consulting and requires strong expertise in security operations and client alignment.

The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery. They will also drive improvements in efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
