Job Description

1.Administration

  • Regularly patrol lobby, corridors, and common areas, enforcing safety and security measures.

  • Confer with management, interview guests, associates, and others to detect infringements, disturbances, complaints, theft, vandalism, etc.

  • Patrol public areas to detect fires, unsafe conditions, and damaged or inoperative safety equipment. Report findings to appropriate party.

  • Warn or eject troublemakers and caution careless persons.

  • Obtain assistance for accident victims and file accident reports with the insurance company. All reports must be filed as soon as injured has been attended to.

  • Notify staff about presence of persons with questionable reputations.

  • Assist management and enforcement officers in emergency situations.

  • Enter and check rooms of guests suspected of nonpayment of bill to confirm suspicions and remove remaining personal property.
