Security guard

We are seeking a reliable and observant Security Guard to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. This role involves monitoring surveillance equipment, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to security incidents.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor and control entry and exit points of the premises.
2. Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to identify and address security risks.
3. Operate and monitor CCTV and alarm systems.
4. Respond quickly to alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities.
5. Report incidents, irregularities, or security breaches in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Enforce rules, regulations, and company policies to maintain order.
7. Provide assistance to employees and visitors when required.
8. Collaborate with law enforcement, emergency services, and management as needed.

Requirements

1. Proven work experience as a Security Guard or in a related field.
2. Current security license and relevant certifications (if required by local law).
3. Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies.
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Physically fit and able to stand or patrol for extended periods.
7. Basic first aid training is an advantage.

Working Conditions

1. Shifts may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
2. Both indoor and outdoor patrols may be required depending on site needs.
