Security Guard

Position Location: Canton, OH

Hours: Site one - 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a

Hours: Site two - 1130a-530p, 530p-1130p.

Weekend availability required. Do NOT bother applying if you are unable to work weekends.

Pay: Starts at $14.50/hr. After 90 days with all training completed and you have 100% attendance (no call-off's) - will increase to $15.00. If you call off and your training is complete, you will not receive an increase. Bottom line, dedication is the word of the day. Increases annually thereafter based on performance - NOT seniority. There is an attendance point system in place. If you habitually call off your current job, please, dont bother applying with us.
