Job Description

Moorings Park is looking for Security Guards. The Security Guard monitors all traffic entering and leaving the property, monitors computer for any emergencies that may arise, and the access control system, which allows authorized controlled entry into the facility. Secures and patrols buildings and the entire campus.

Full Time, Part Time and On Call Positions Available

Current Full Time need: Tuesday - Saturday 11:00PM - 7:00AM

Current Part Time need: Saturday - Sunday 7:00PM - 7:00AM

 Contributions:

  • Monitor security, resident alerts and Fire Alarm System taking appropriate actions in a timely manner.
  • Distributes and processes barcode application forms in conjunction with installation of barcodes to authorized applicants.
  • Receive calls and dispatch appropriate personnel to handle after hour emergencies which may arise in residential apartments, i.e. water leaks, A/C problems, etc.
