Job Description
As a Security Guard at Crowne Plaza Muscat OCEC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our guests, colleagues, and hotel property. You will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment in accordance with hotel policies and local regulations while delivering exceptional service in line with IHG brand standards.
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
+ Patrol all areas of the hotel property to ensure guest and employee safety.
+ Monitor surveillance equipment and access control systems.
+ Respond promptly to any incidents or emergencies such as fire alarms, medical situations, disturbances, or unauthorized persons on hotel premises.
+ Assist in investigations of thefts, suspicious activities, and accidents.
+ Maintain clear and accurate logs and incident reports.
