Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver concept, schematic, detailed, and IFC-level designs in line with international consultancy standards.
  • Prepare drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, BOQs, schedules, and tender documentation.
  • Coordinate with architecture, MEP, ELV, ICT, IT, structural, sustainability, acoustics, and other disciplines for integrated design delivery.
  • Participate in client meetings, technical workshops, design reviews, and presentations.
  • Review vendor and contractor technical submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals.
  • Support tendering, value engineering, constructability reviews, and risk assessments.
  • Provide technical support during construction, testing, commissioning, and handover stages.
  • Ensure adherence to statutory regulations, client guidelines, and quality standards.
