Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in security management or a related field
• At least 5 years of proven experience in security management
• Knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, and standards
• Excellent communication skills and leadership abilities
• Ability to plan and manage security operations across multiple sites
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
• Willingness to work irregular hours as required
