**Descripción y Requisitos**
- General Summary
- The Site Security Lead will ensure a secure environment for all personnel, properties and assets by
- an adequate and efficient management of preventative and corrective security procedures and
- systems, following all applicable laws and regulations, corporate guidelines and CTPAT and OEA
- regulations. The Site Security Lead will supervise all Security resources in their respective plant or
- zone of operation.
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop/Implement Security strategies and actions plans
- Promote and Ensure security of people, assets and business reputation against security risk
- Manage Supply Chain Security at the plant level
- Maintain the expat security program at the plant level
- Ensure OEA/CTPAT security compliance at the plant level
