Assistant Manager, Security

Job Recap: The Assistant Supervisor, Safety and Security, will provide leadership and instructions to Protection Guards, Surveillance Workers, and Team Leaders in the absence of Managers and Directors. The primary focus of this role is to assist, command, and control emergencies, crises, and evacuations. Additionally, the Assistant Supervisor will collaborate on administrative and operational functions, engage with security personnel, and ensure compliance with Atlantis The Palm and The Royal Atlantis plans and contractual requirements.

About You: The ideal candidate will possess a college-level education, a valid SIRA Permit, and a minimum of 4 years' experience in hospitality security leadership. Strong knowledge of UAE laws, health and safety policies, and good administrative and computer literacy skills for reporting and assessments are required.
