Overview

We are looking for a Security Manager who will perform the following roles:

  • Supervise security guards, shift schedules, and deployment
  • Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with security standards
  • Coordinate with authorities (Dubai Police, Civil Defense, SIRA) when required
  • Handle incident reports, investigations, and emergency response
  • Monitor CCTV operations and access control systems
  • Prepare daily and monthly security reports
  • Train security staff and ensure proper discipline and performance
  • Ensure all security activities comply with SIRA regulations
