Security Officer (Davao) - Warehouse, SCommerce

Overview

Assist the Lead to implement security policies, standards, and procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Implement risk assessment and develop mitigation plans. Ensure compliance with workplace safety and security standards. Manage incident response, investigations, and ensure root-cause analysis is obtained and validated for proper countermeasures. Coordinate with Warehouse managers and other PICs to establish security protocols. Conduct performance reviews, training, and capability development of the Security service provider. Monitor security reports and security personnel in all Scommerce warehouses.
