The FLEX Officer position is vital to our company’s operational and financial success. FLEX Officers provide trained and reliable coverage for open shifts caused by call-offs, illness, vacation, weather, or other staffing needs. This ensures uninterrupted service to our clients while supporting a healthy work-life balance for our team.

Scheduling Expectations:

Scheduling expectations for FLEX Officers differ from those of employees assigned to fixed posts. FLEX Officers can expect a minimum of 32 hours per week, based on operational needs.

As a FLEX Officer:

  • You will be trained at multiple posts and/or facilities based on operational demand.
  • While you may work at a specific post for several weeks, assignments are not permanent.
  • Your schedule (shifts, days off, and weekly hours) will vary.
