Security Officer

The Security Officer will oversee and implement security programs, coordinate with security personnel, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards for the MTerra Solar Project in Gapan, Nueva Ecija. This role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to respond proactively to security risks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor site security plans, protocols, and procedures.
• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel and third‑party security providers.
• Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and incident investigations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and legal requirements.
