Security Officer

Job Summary

BACKGROUND

We are looking for an individual to join our multi-disciplinary team within a busy business centre serving over 100 separate businesses, providing office space and industrial units. We have a regular flow of tenants and visitors coming on to and off the site on a daily basis and the individual will be our front of house, directing visitors, dealing with any issues and reporting to the management team.

KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE

Essential

To be able to work as part of a team.

Good communication skills.

Good IT skills, for use of cameras/computer equipment.

Desirable

Experience of working in a busy environment.

Experience of working in a commercial and industrial property setting or similar.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Ability to work with a diverse client group.

Ability to problem solve.
