Key Responsibilities

Monitor live and recorded CCTV footage to ensure safety and security

Identify, report, and document suspicious activities or security incidents

Maintain accurate logs of surveillance observations and incidents

Coordinate with security teams and management for timely response

Ensure CCTV systems are functioning properly and report technical issues

Review footage upon request for investigations or audits

Follow standard operating procedures and compliance guidelines

Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data at all times

Assist in preparing incident reports and daily activity logs

Required Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience as a CCTV Operator or in a security monitoring role preferred

Knowledge of CCTV systems, surveillance software, and monitoring tools

Strong observation and attention to detail

Ability to work in shifts, including nights and weekends if required

Good communication and reporting skills

Basic computer skills and familiarity with monitoring systems

Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
