Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security personnel to join our team at a prestigious project near Reading. You will be responsible for car park management duties, enforcing security protocols, guiding visitors and contractors to the correct locations around the project and when required, driving a minibus to transport contractors back and forth from outlying car parks to the main site.
Responsibilities:
1. Access Control
- Verify vehicle access authorisation against issued passes.
- Check ID badges of all drivers and passengers.
Challenge unauthorised or suspicious vehicles immediately and follow escalation protocols.
Surveillance & Monitoring
Monitor car parking areas and ensure compliance with parking protocols.
- Patrol car parks on foot to deter unauthorised access.
Report and log any security breaches and/or parking compliance issues.
