Part-Time Security Officer | Kawana Shoppingworld

We’re currently seeking qualified Security Officers to join our growing team at Kawana Shoppingworld. You’ll be part of a frontline team providing safety and support in a dynamic retail setting.

This position is available on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 0600–1400, with additional hours available across multiple Sunshine Coast sites for those wanting more work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers with directions, questions, and general support.
• Patrol the centre to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond quickly to medical incidents, safety issues, or disturbances.
• Use calm communication to resolve conflicts and manage difficult situations.
• Complete clear and accurate incident reports and handovers.
